For shipments within the United States, we ship via USPS Priority, which takes 1-3 business days from the time the order is processed. Processing takes place 1-3 business days. What is your return policy? If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date you receive your shipment. You will receive a full refund, less shipping charges. Before returning an item, please email us at info@earmall.com or call us at (800) 685-1765 and we will give you a return confirmation number. No returns will be accepted without a return confirmation number. Hearing aids can be easily damaged in shipping, so returns must be packaged in a small box similar to the boxes we use to ship our orders. All hearing aid returns and/or repairs shipped in enevlopes will be refused, marked 'Return to Sender'. ***Returned products that are physically damaged will not be refunded*** What is your warranty policy? Warranty covers all internal components other than circuit/amplifier and casing. Please see individual product pages for warranty lenghts. What are refurbished hearing aids? Refurbished hearing aids are pre-owned hearing aids reconditioned to like new working order, and feature a full six-month warranty. Refurbished hearing aids are a great way to save a substantial amount over the cost of new hearing aids. I'm looking for a particular model, but I don't see it listed on the site - do you sell it?
