- Want to ship your hearing
aid(s) to our repair lab for repair right now?
- We recommend U.S. Priority
Mail.
For a little more than $4, the post office will
provide a box like the one pictured here as well as the full
postage. This is non-insured, but you can be assured we have
not experienced a single incident of error, loss or damage in
9+ years of receiving hearing aids from customers through the
mail when properly packaged. Unfortunately, we have seen a few
incidents where customers shipped their hearing aids in an envelope.
Wrap your hearing aids in cushioned lightweight container, go
to your local post office, show them the size of your package
and ask for a Priority Mail box. Address and return address the
Priority Mail box and pay the postmaster. From just about anywhere
in the U.S. and for less than $5, we should receive your package
in 2 or 3 days.
Of course, another way to ship
your hearing aids for service is through regular US Mail. If
you have a lightweight container you may wrap them securely in
a in a small box, apply 4 regular postage stamps and mail.
